Foreclosure.com Review – Legit or Scam?

Foreclosure.com Review – Legit or Scam?

The Foreclosure.com review shows that this is a website that offers a service. With the housing market crash there were literally millions of homes that were lost to foreclosure. Those homes can be bought for pennies on the dollar. Most people do not know where to start.

Foreclosure.com is in place to help you get on your way. The services that foreclosure.com are focused on providing you with the information you need to get started. Foreclosure.com offers its members information that can make finding foreclosures in your area easier.

How It Works

The Foreclosure.com review shows that this site offers more than just lists of information. You can find tutorials and webinars to help you self-educate on buying foreclosed properties. You register pay your membership fee and get access to the information that you are paying for.

Some Problems with Foreclosure.com

There is one main problem that I see with this site. You are paying for something that is public knowledge and it is free! The information that foreclosure.com offers is available at your local county court house.

As a new investor you may feel that foreclosure.com can make finding a cheap investment possible. As long as you understand before you join that what you will be getting is information that you can get on your own for free.

The Cost of Foreclosure.com

The Foreclosure.com review shows that this site offers a seven day free trial. After the seven days are up you will be charged $9.95 per week.  The payment is put on an automatic payment system so it will come out of your credit card until you stop it. The cost covers access to lists of foreclosed properties in the area that you choose.

The cost is reasonable if it all pans out the way you expect. Of course if it does not than it is only $10 a week that you lose until it does or until you cancel.

Foreclosure.com is a well-known site among real estate investors. It is popular with real estate brokers and agents as a way to list their properties. Personally I would not pay for information that I could get for free but I am not a real estate investor either.

The site does offer helpful tools and tutorials that may help you to bid successfully on your real estate finds. This is a legitimate business offering a legitimate service.
